Kay Little - Flute
I was active in T.J. band from 1967 - 1970. I remember the fun we had in marching band, as well as how hard we worked for the different competitions we participated in. Mr. Johnson was a great band director.

1972

Joni (Hunt) Rasmussen - Pom Pon
The Pom Pom girls were considered part of the band. We had first period band class, so we could practice marching with the band. We performed at the football games, marched in parades and received a grade for band. We went to Ames to march in the VEISHEA parade, the bus trips were fun.
